At Alder Kitchen we keep delivery simple. Every order within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum spend.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY TIMES
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after this are processed the next working day, which may add a day to the estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is passed to one of our carriers.
Transit time: 6 to 8 working days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated total delivery: 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.

CARRIER SERVICES
We work with established UK carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.

DELIVERY COSTS
Free delivery: every order within the United Kingdom qualifies for free delivery, with no minimum order value.
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If anything goes wrong, including a delay or a parcel that does not arrive, contact us straight away and we will chase it with the carrier and put it right.
