How long we take
We aim to answer every email within 1 to 2 working days. If you write at a weekend or on a bank holiday, you will hear from us on the next working day.
Returns and refunds
Start a return by emailing us with your order number and the reason. You have 30 days from delivery, and your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies on top of that. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
